O.K. Folks:

Here is the answer to the 92-98 Ford no-start problem. It appears that this is quite common. Standard Engine Controls and Fuel Systems has actually posted a tech-tip on it:

Go to pages 3 and 4 of this, and you will see that the problem is the C103 connector.

Make sure you pack the connector with dielectric grease once you fix it.
