I personally like Bosch Platinum plugs. The cost about $2 each but hold up well even in performance engines. As far as wires there are many good manufacturers of wires out there. It is best to get a set that matches OEM quality as many of the other wires may cause problems. Since it is not a race car standard size wires should work very well for your application. Bosch also makes wires to go along with the plugs!
