1. Reason why no new paint will be as good as factory is because the amount of time the paint has been exposed to the enviroment since it came out of the factory.

In your case it should be okay since is only been a few months.

2. Get the paint from the dealer and then get your garage to use that paint to paint it. But I am also sure that your garage can also get the factory paint.

3. After repainting it I suggest you getting a clear bra, this consist of a clear 3m tape that wraps around the front bumper for your car. Depends on your garage you have the option of covering just the bemper or cover whatever you like. But for a price I am sure.
