it is recommended to take only about 5 grams of creatine per day, but up to 10 grams the first week as a load period, but taking too much poses a risk to your liver, which converts unused creatine into creatanine( or something like that) that you urinate out, so dont take too much.anyway i dont feel its cheating, though i am not taking it myself at the moment. i have before, but am now just taking protein supplements. steroids are cheating cause they do the work for you, with creatine you do the work, it just lets you work a little harder and helps out a little with protein.
