For what year?
On my 98 (and up) the part you see isn't the actual bumper, its the "bumper cover". the real bumper is a piece of stamped sheet steel behind it.
The cover comes off very easily. There are no fasteners if I remember right, just a couple of tabs under the headlights and grill and two slide snap pins in the corners. If you want to save the cover, be careful taking it off as the upper tabs are easy to break.
