Not very much. After I painted my valve cover, I went to replace it and broke a stud on my H23a. I would guess between 5-7 lb ft. of torque, but get a final opinion, and don't quote me on this, or blame me if you break the stud. Otherwise, I'll just say it's better to have it 1 too loose than 1 too tight and break it. Although if it breaks, don't panic, it's a fairly easy fix.
