Do you know someone with an OBDII scanner? Ask them to scan it.
How many miles does it have? Another question: Have you installed a aftermarket "Power" chip? If those go bad they can really screw with your tranny. Otherwise it sounds like your shift solenoid might be sticking, or on it's way out. Being an computer controlled tranny, I would suggest you bring it in to a shop that specializes in transmission repair/rebuilds.
