Is the engine otherwise sound? Those older 350's were notorious for bad seals around the valve stems. Residual oil slowly trickeles down the intake valve stem when parked and settles aroud the intake port, causing a puff of blue upon start up. New seals usually clears this up.
However, if this is something new, likely your intake manifold gasket is leaking, allowing just a bit of oily vapour to be sucked in from the lifter valley.
