Have you tried this?
There is a product out there that you put on the pad itself that will stop the noise. I just put this on the pad and let it soak in for 30 minutes and put the pads back on. I own a 95 Explorer and I have never had a noise problem with the brakes. My 2000 Neon has "very" noisy rear drum brakes. I soaked the rear brake shoes with this stuff and so far so good. Your noise sounds like something that has to do with a warped rotor. I will check to see what this product is called and get back to you. John
