It sounds like the drain is clogged. If you go into the engine compartment look behind the engine on the passenger side firewall. Ther is a foil covered piece of insulation covering the firewall. Look fo a u-shaped cutout about where the passenger's feet would be, fold it up and you can see the drain tube. Try to clean it out with a screwdriver and/or compressed air.
