Newbie here, couple of questions I haven't gotten an answer to.

First off... when I'm driving, the car makes a "humming" sound, specially when I just start driving. Dunno what could be causing this, or whether it's normal or problematic.

Second, at times, when I turn the key, it does nothing. I mean nothing. The switch works ok (turns on radio, AC, lights, the works), but when I turn it full, it won't do any sound, and obviously, not turn the car on. Can't figure out if it's an electrical problem or something within the switch.
