internals are RODS, PISTONS, and CAMSHAFTS. When you replace the Camshafts, which isnt necessary to replace, you usually need to replace the stock valve train. This consists of INTAKE and EXHAUST VALVES, VALVE SPRINGS, and SPRING RETAINERS. These would be enough to run higher boost very safely and would help in adding power as well. If you are wanting to run high boost though you would definently want to SLEEVE your block. Darton makes good sleeves and there are others out there as well. This will require machine work to be done to you block if you choose to sleeve you block as well.
