Could be done..................Its going to cost alot.
The closest thing your going to get in there without spending alot is a B series motors and an H22. The H22 is already a tight fit.
The engine bay is a very tight fit. Theres alot of chasis and electrical components you have to re work around (thats not even including the mechanical aspect of it). Just to make room will be a challenge.
Just imagine trying to stick an H22 into a ford fiesta. Ask yourself, "what would I have to do?
Your better off trying to convert the hatch into an AWD.
Actually, your better off not even trying.
