13g spool time is great, not much more laggy than the stock turbos. The 13G's will hold 17 psi to redline, and can usually run them at 21 psi. They can get you about 350 AWHP and more with the proper mods. The are definitely good for mid 12 second passes down the track.
Like i said though, for fast spool and nice top end, the DR500's from dynamic racing seem like the turbos to get. Also, the WRX 13T's, in which i'm in process of, are quick spooling turbos with nice top end as well. It can be a cheaper upgrade, but you have buy two WRX turbos and have them fabricated to bolt on, including using the turbine housings and wastegate actuators off of your stock turbos.
