the only info you give them is your address and phone #, so they have that anyways. plus i'm moving my bank account in a few days to a different bank so they won't be able to fuck with that.
i think it did say somewhere in the letter that the lawsuit was filed in 2001 or something like that, so that old artice is probably right.
