ok... i don't have my manual with me anymore. but i remember what a pain in the ass it was for me too.
i don't remember exactly , but the trick is to have the nylon tube go trough "D" and then to whatever the bolt that holds it onto the gauge. and be ready, cause when you think you hvae it all setup right. you're still missing few pieces of things. besides the T-fitting you need to get separeately, you also need a rubber connector (usually in black) that you can usually find from autozone. what i did was i brought my already setup gauge to autozone and show the clerk the instruction manual, then he looked at the rubber connector on the manual and found me a connector that actually fits. most autozone guys are nice enough, he let me open it up and tried it on to the T-fitting. oh and dont forget the Taflon tape.
