just a little input.... I had a 1990 lumina that got gas, and stong spark and would crank and crank and crank, but would not start. Turned out being the ECM itself. Try having some one try and start the car, and while its cranking, tap the ECM, and if nothing, tap harder and harder. If it tries to turn over, or better yet, does, replace the ECM. I believe (its been a long time since I did this) the ECM is located on the passenger side of the vehicle under the hood? (Correct me lumina drivers) Maybe I'm wrong. One of my cars had it there. Also try and recieve any error codes the ECM might be throwing out. You can find info on this forum or anywhere else on the net on how to do that without purchasing anything.
