First off all of that is possible to your engine
Boring is when you trying to get more liters out of you rcar like you have a 1.6 liter and you bore it to a 1.8. Im not to familiar with stroking, but port n polishing is like cleaning the block and sleeving it when your engine block is going to go turbo. It really strengthens your car to gain horsepower and prepares it for real racing
