Yeah, it'll make a squeaking sound like this if there is no grease in the bal joints and you have metal rubbing meal.
Also, what condition are your sway bar bushings in? I just replace my 94 blzr sway bar bushings with Poly-Graphite, and I'm very happy with them. about $30 from
