Doesn't this create a loophole for people to play around the mileage of a given car?
For example, if a person buys a extra gauge cluster and swap between those two clusters every six month. When he is ready to sale the car, he puts in the orginal cluster with only the half "used" miles.
Am I crazy to think like this? Just curous.
