hey boosted331,
the mustang gt's and cobras have a completly different crank and a completly different motor to be exact. im just trying to inform him about the pros and cons of the cobra motor. oh thats right you think your bad cause you got a stoked 302.

ive seen stroked 302's that were boosted, and my 96 cobra that did not come out of a magazine has spanked both of them.

oh maybe i shouldnt talk cause after all you do have a 4-banger. gotta love that pissed of bumble bee exhaust.

i'll eat you rice any day pal. oh and to further answer aride11's question, the cobra motors are hand built by 2 members of svt(special vehicle team). they put their signatures on the left side manifold. this means that it was not built on an assymbly line lik the gt's were. in my oppinion this tells me that much more work and pride and time was put into this engine. i have put my cobra through a lot of abuse and a lot of boost and never had a problem. cobras arent the best cars out there, but ask most anybody around my town and they will tell you that a cobra gets a lot more respect than a honda or even a gt
