You're not going to get 25 hp from I/H/E. DC Motorsport had a series of dynos on their website at one point. They only claimed 10 hp at the fly wheel from their I/H(4-1)/E combo. There's probably something better out there, but a 25 hp would put the SI in S2000 specific output territory, which I'm sure you have a pretty good idea of what kind of hardware Honda had to use to achieve; IE, quite a bit more then just some bolt ons.

Anyway, if you use the 15% loss rule of thumb then 200 fwhp would be about 230 hp at the flywheel. So that would be pretty close to doubling the output of ZC motor or get about 1.5 times the power out of the b16a (145ish hp/ liter). Not impossible, but pretty impractical.

200 flywheel hp NA is a bit more obtainable from the b16a, but you are till talking about 125 hp/L, which is still well beyond what you are going to able to get with bolt-ons.
