I'm not sure what the question is. To get the transfer case off there are 5 17mm (M12x1.25) bolts holding it to the tranny, 3 long ones up front, and the short ones in back. Should pop off, though it can get a little stuck on the trannys output shaft. There is also a bolt above the tcase that I'm willing to bet you missed. Its a 12mm head (M8x1.25) and goes from the BLOCK side and threads into the TRANNY. The only "backwards" bolt. Odds are you missed it. Dont go apeshit and break the bellhousing, make sure thats out. Also be sure to remove the drivers side axle carrier bearing in AWDs, 2 14mm bolts (M10x1.25) through the carier into the block. One also doubles as one of the 4 bolts holding the AC compressor adapter to the block. Is that the axle you broke? I think we need more details
