a n/a ka24 will not respond as well to those mods as you think. the only number you are close on is the header/downpipe possibly freeing up about 10-12 hp together. a catalytic convertor is also good for about 2 hp. a full cat-back exhaust might give you 6-8 hp, if you punch out the cat or get a high flow cat you may get 1-2 more. a muffler will not give 14 hp gains, more like 1-2hp. there's no way you'll see 68 hp on an altima from bolt on parts. all the parts you've listed might free up 20-25 hp, tops.
