Re: ls vtec turbo or gsr turbo
This has been gone over many times. Use the serch button. But since I am already writing....It all depends on you plans for the motor. If you are'nt going to replace pistons/rods, then I say go with the ls/vtec for sure, you can run more psi due to the lower compression pistons in the ls block. You will also see a much better torque curve with the ls/vtec. ALl in all you will see alot more power with the ls/vtec than the boosted b18c1 gsr motor. Of course thisdoes depend on wheather or not you are building the block and such. If you are, then it really comes down to how much you want to spend. Both could be equally as fast in the end, you will just spend more money on the gsr motor! hope this helps
