Has anyone replaced Ignition Switch Lock Cylinder in this model?
I do not have to pull steering wheel, just plastic housing on column. I suspect I will need to remove complete switch/switch cylinder and will learn as I go, but if anyone has done it.....
Thanks,
Bob
You do not need to pull steering wheel. You need a T20 star wrench with A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE to take 3 screw off the ingition switch module, unplug two connector and insert your key and turn to get the cylinder out. You can only get the cylinder from dealer and it will cost about $100 for the cylinder and about $50 to have the locksmith to key the new cylinder to your old key. GOOD LUCK
