Leaking o-rings do not require a new evaporator. Only a leak in the evaporator core dictates replacing it. I invested the $25 for online access to the factory manual from
www.alldatadiy.com. This has the procedure for replacing the evaporator, but I really think you can fix this with just o-rings. Find a real Air Conditioning shop, not a tire store.
