Personally i wouldnt go through all of that to test the pump. If you dont have a pressure tester then either find somebody who does or have it taken to a mechanic. Besides that i know of no way of a person bench testing a fuel pump because you can't just put power to the pump and if it runs rule it out. Fuel pumps for fuel injected vehicles are very tricky. They can be running but still not have enough pressure or flow to let the vehicle run properly.

The fuel pump relay was moved for the 94-95 model year (from previous years) to the ccrm relay module that is located near the front of the engine compartment by the radiator. Its not changable by itself.
You could also check the fuel pump cutoff switch that is located in the left side of the trunk i believe. All you do is push the switch in to reset it (if it cut out).
I'd check that first, then fuel pump pressure, and spark.
