Well, the MAFt isn't going to be the most cost effective way to spool faster... I would venture to say that it won't help spool or power that much at all, unless you were out-flowing the stock MAS. Also, the BOV is closed during acceleration, so it's not going to blow any air into the intake/turbo to help spool.

If you still wanted to do it, a lot of FMIC's have 'short route piping' that doesn't go through the stock SMIC location (where you want your filter to be). The stock SMIC location, in the front air dam is a pretty common alternative to stock location for an intake. This is a picture of Andre Cardadeiro's CAI.
