The only thing I can think of is to disconnect the connector, figure out which wire goes with which terminals, solder new wires to the terminals, cut off the current connector, and attach your own connector (male-female type) to the freshly soldered-on wires and the existing wires.
This may or may not be feasible depending on what you have to work with when you unplug that connector.
