I would check out 90-93 accord V6s, i always liked those. I would stay clear of 300zxs, my friend has a 91, nothing but trouble for him. i would really check out 2nd gen legends, you could get a great 91-93 for around 5 grand. That 3.2 liter sure is fun to drive, even in an automatic. Those are just me though
