What year Camaro?
You COULD install a pair of turbos, but that's a whole lot of money you're gonna spend on not much power if you're only gonna be running 5psi.
It'd be cheaper, easier, and make more power to just buy an off-the-shelf supercharger system for the car.
If you want turbos, try
www.turbonetics.com, but I'm pretty sure that they don't make a turbo kit for a Camaro. You'd have to buy the turbo, exhaust manifold, piping, etc all separately, and assemble it yourself.
