If your ex is bringing in her fiance as "dad", then you can bring in ur fiance as "mom". If in the divorce, it was stated that you can have custody on the weekends, then she (ur ex) cannot take those privelages away, no matter what. Do you have joint custody, or is she letting you see him out of niceness?
