What I would do is cut at the base of the b postand cut the door out. Then, you will have to connect the bottom of the b post with the top of the rear quarter panel with a small piece of styrene.
After you do this though, the door wont fit anymore so you'll have t thin that top corner of the door till it fits and closes snug.
That little added piece of styrene will also ensure that the door doesn't close too far inwards if you thin the door right.
