What year Thunderbird are you talking about? The model years into the '90s had independent rear suspension and is not bolt-in. If its from a Fox3 chassis T-bird, then the rear might have disc brakes (I know the Turbocoupes do) and is something like an inch wider per side. It will fit, but your tires might rub.
