Nuespeed Spring will work great.. For the best results Id also get some shocks as well, when you do your springs. You will have to sooner or later anyway. Your best bet for shocks would probably be Koni tho they cost a little more they are great shocks, Tokico are also decent KYB's arent bad but Ive heard many instances of the blowing out fairly quick. I would save up the money and get the Koni yellows if you can.
Swaybars and strut bars work together fine usually. Swaybars will reduce your body roll and make the car feel a little more stable, but beware... To thick of a swaybar can cause problems, and can even make for a rough ride. It will reduce understeer, too thick of a bar will give you oversteer which will put you into a spin easier so becareful.
Strut bars will stiffen up the chassis which will help in hard cornering, not very noticable for the most part.
The bushings will also make your car a little stiffer riding, so keep that in mind also.
