Do you want an honest answer? I'd, erm, cut it completely off. If you notice, the tranny on the NSX engine has a place for two driveshafts, one going to the left and one to the right (just like the stock Integra motor.) The real problem with this is that the output is way off center from the center of the motor, they stick out to one side of the block instead of through the centerline (where the crank would go). You are putting the engine in the typical V-6/V-8 orientation, right?

You have a few options:
1. Cut the entire transmission off (this may be difficult, I don't recall, though I did do it for my S2000 V6) and replace it with a transmission from some domestic car, since they are plentyful and of the right shape.

2. Modify the existing one. Cut off the stock attachement to the driveshafts from the engine. Attach the driveshaft to the "pointy" end of the stock transmission. Less convincing, but a lot easier.

3. Fake it. Just stick the motor in and don't worry about it. I'd find this unacceptable, but it is an option.
