Adding multiport and an Si head to a 1.5L block isnt going to give it 20hp. The closest engien for a comparison is the 92-95 D15B7, which is 1.5L multiport and puts out 102hp. With the addition of the Si cam, you could safely say your engine would put out abotu 105hp at the crank.

simply adding an Si head and leaving the fuel injection DPI would most likely give you a very small bump in performance, since the d16a6 cam is a little more aggressive than the D15 cam
I really don't think you would knotice a difference if all you did was switch heads without the intake manifold (in other words, just the cam)...
