Hoosier drag radial?

I was just checking out the August issue of 5.0 Mustang I got today. On the Tire Rack add, Hoosier is now making one hell of a drag radial by the looks of it. It's called "Radial R3S04" and from what I can tell from the pic there is no tread period except for two run channels down the middle. Anyone heard of this yet or is it brand spanking new?
