I would replace the calipers and rotors. I had a 91 Lumina did the same thing. There was a class action lawsuit against gm. I got a wopping 26 dollars. I was told if you use your parking brake on a regular basis it will help the rear calipers to not lock up. Just don't use it in the winter because the pads can freeze to the rotors. Had that happen on a 85 MR2. G.M. seems to have a problem engineering better systems. Like the caliper problem they also can't or won't make a windshield wiper system that does'nt need a new circuit board or motor in a year or two. If your has'nt gone bad yet if it does they won't fix it. I know that 98 jimmys are'nt part of a recall for wiper circuit boards even though it is the exact same part that is on recall for other years. And they wonder why people are buying Japanese and korean vehicles. Go figure.
