JE-ZE engine was used by Mazda in the Luce (JDM 929) in the late 1980's... a friend of mine has a 1988 Luce with JE-ZE engine. Same car was optionally equipped with a SOHC V6, SOHC V6 Turbo, DOHC V6 or a 13B Rotary.
