I own a 94 Silverado, with the radio sitting directly above the A/C controls, and the casette player off to the right of the A/C.

I was wondering what the easiest way to replace the casette with a cd-player would be. I'm sure the easiest would just be to take out both the casette and radio, and then just add a cd-player, but I don't like the idea of a big gaping hole in the dash.

Is it possible to make the cd-player override the normal radio, or would I just have to replace it?
