Re: primer problems
Could be fisheyes. They're usually caused by something on the surface not allowing the primer to flow and bond. Do like Dag suggested and wash the body well first to remove mould release agents, finger oils and dirt. Also helps to give the surface a light sanding with some fine grit wet and dry. That will give some 'tooth' for the primer to stick to.
Now you've got the problem do as advised, sand back, clean and reprime. If the holes are only in one area, you should be able to get away with only repainting that spot.
