No I believe not because if I recall right the bose system works off of a 1 wire system to a speaker. The norm is a 2 wire (+/-) system. You will either need to get you disc changer fixed or get a replacement. You might be able to replace it with an aftermarker one. I'm not sure maybe someone else can point that one out. Should be the same wires you would think.
