as far as the price itself, a type-S invoice is $21,261. if you stand firm, you can probably get one for 22K flat.
if the dealer is offering to meet you at 22,350, you can easily get him to drop to the second price you offered. (22,200 i assume) dont use the thinking, "its only 150 bucks". as it is, he already has you up 200 from your original offer.
My 2 uncles who are salesmen themselves always say "the person who makes the next move loses". basicly if you call back and accept his price, you lose. you wait afew days and tell him you will think about it, odds are he will call back and accept YOUR price, making him the loser. only time this will fail is if 1) your offer is crazy and its not and 2)someone else comes in and is willing to pay the dealers price on the spot, and for a type-S i dont think that happens every day.
