1979 PONTIAC FIREBIRD FORMULA
w/ T-tops
ENGINE: 301w/rebuilt 2-barrel carburetor. New valve covers. I recently cleaned out the oil system. And adjusted the timing. The motor has about 83,000 miles on it but I changed the speedometer so the odometer only reads about 1000. Runs very well, except for a little lifter noise. And has never been driven in the winter.
TRANSMISSION: 3- speed automatic with no problems.
SOUNDS SYSTEM:
Deck: Sony Xplod CD Player
Speakers: 2 Sony Xplod 3-way 6x9s and 2 8inch MTX Blue Thunder Subwoofers.
A Sony 320 watt amplifier powers the subs.
Sounds very good and is not to over bearing unless you want it to be.
BODY: Blue and very solid except for a few very, very minor rust spots. The paint is in good shape but is a little faded on the roof.
INTERIOR: Totally redone in black with red highlights. Racing seats, 160 mph speedo, and tachometer.
