Re: killing problem
Actually i have got the same problem like you do couple of years ago (was having a regular honda). It killed on me while i was driving on the highways on 2 occasions!
Two common areas you can check:
1. fuel filter - disconnect it from the cables and clean it. you will be surprised to find impurities inside. These stuffs fill up the neck of the filter and cut off the fuel supply to the engine, that's why your car just died all of a sudden.
2. ignition wires - like DaMoNe6969 had said, make sure they are dry. You can do as he said and clean them throughtout.I have friends who just change them (you don't know which is causing the trouble) to make things easier, but its cost more.
