Well, you might want to look around and see if other places have it. It might be cheaper somewhere else if you don't have to pay shipping. I've searched around and it's about the same price at other websites.
It is for a non TypeS, so it's only for the base RSX, if that's what you have.
Also, I doubt that it gives you 15 hp. I don't know how large of a diameter the stock base RSX pipes are, but no exhaust pipe can give you 15 hp.
I would personally save the $165 and get a CAI instead, if you don't have one already.
