Agian it is a delivey issue, the only thing left is to get the spark from the coil to the distributor cap across the rotor and back to the rotor cap, then down the wire to the plug. the only things left if the rotor is turning, is the coil wire, the distibutor cap and the rotor. Nothing else can cause the problem.
In the dark, crank the engine, look at the coil, wires and cap, are there sparks? that where the problen is.
