"now also i noticed that my turbo wheel has a wable in it". Dude, that cant be good at all. Did you physically try to wobble the impeller, cause if it wobbles than your turbo is definately on its way out. You also said that your maifold isnt cracked and you have no boost leaks....pretty much the only thing left is the turbo. Does your car smoke at all?
